- Save As Pdf stores now all high resolution bit depths with jpeg compression (8bpp grayscale, 16bpp, 24bpp and higher -> jpeg)
- Removed single pages save when tiff multi-page scanning because since version 4.0.5 there is the lossless extract all pages command if somebody wants the single tiff pages
