How to make a post - Easy as 1-2-3

1. Please search before posting

On the grey option bar hit the last part and type the name of the foundry or designer (4+ digits)

first line - Show all topics (selected, Show posts in the right not selected)
second line - Search in the Topic names
third line - Advanced search



Search the name of the typeface
select right side - show Posts
uncheck second line - search in the topic names



PS 3-digits name foundries ate sticked on the first page (Aah Yes, ITC, P22 etc)

2a. Start new thread

If the name of the foundry or the designer is not listed, you can start new thread

The system will automatically search for similar thread names





Hit the button above, add the foundry or designer's name
for ex. Typotheque [Peter Bilak] for single designers or FontFont for multiple designers

in the main block -
type again the foundry or designer's name
It would be much appreciated if you can add a photo of designer (optional) and description (optional)

for ex.

2b. Create new post

by default you have a window with Quick reply



hit below the second button in the left to receive advanced features



1. Type the Font name
select and press B on the topic's bar

2. Please add additional informational something like
1xTT, 3xOT originals, 5x T1 Mac, 1xOT Converted from T1 etc
pdf included, designer's name, year of release (optional)

3. Add a preview (optional, but highly recommended)

Do not hot link image preview to the official site!!!

Please use image hosting (like http://www.photobucket.com/, http://www.radikal.ru/, http://**************/ etc)
Please resize an image up to 640 pixels by bigger size

to add a preview, hit button
in the pop-up window, insert the url for your image, hit OK

3. Optional - to add a list of fonts

Hit button
In the pop-up window write List, hit OK
Add the font lists between brackets

4. Optional - add a description

something like
An original calligraphic typeface blending the penmanship of French royalty with smooth, modern strokes.

5. Add a link to the product page

Hit button.
In the pop-up window paste url to the product page. Hit OK
You can edit second part of the link, writing something like MyFonts etc

6. Post a download links :

Press button. In the pop-up window type the quantity of posts the members need to have to see the links. It depends of your wish. Hit OK.
Between brackets - hit a space button and add download links and password if necessary.

PS. Please rename the archives for security reasons
