Calligraphics is Paul Veres' outfit in Berkeley, CA. Paul Veres was born in 1944 in Budapest, and started out as a calligrapher and graphic designer. He is the creator of Caterina at Psy/Ops and of Linotype Banjoman Roman (an avant-garde font), Caterina (2004, a calligraphic sans used in some places by movie director Francis Ford Coppola), and Linotype Aperto at Linotype (1996).
