This third revision of the well-known, popular Cigraph plug-in retains the basic philosophy intact… ArchiTerra was conceived and is still being developed to provide the designer with a rapid tool for representing the context, environmental and urban planning and 3D terrain model management.

What is not obvious, however, is the method employed to organise and manage data, completely different from previous versions, paving the way for the introduction of new functions and making every operation updateable and modifiable by exploiting the dynamism of Boolean operations.
Characteristics
After downloading the free plug in (from the Demo or Updates section on the left), open the compressed file and place the directory it contains in the add-on directory in the ArchiCad directory.
The next time the programme is started up, there will be a new toolbox enabling you to create terrain models totally compatible with ArchiCad.
The ArchiTerra 3 package consists of three elements:
- the plug-in itself
- the dedicated library directory
- the manual, accessible directly from ArchiTerra help. The default help language is English. To have the help file in Italian, just download the Italian manual in .pdf and use it to replace the English file in the ArchiTerra directory. As there are numerous modifications, we recommend even experts in the previous version to read the manual carefully.

Plug-in for stair design

ArchiStair is an ArchiCAD extension that allows stairs to be created even when the design constraints of the new project or remodel prohibit them from having a regular shape.
With its simple and rapid graphical interface, ArchiStair allows users to create stairs with treads and landings that have customised, creative shapes.

Work method
ArchiStair is easy and funny to use. To begin, you can either select one of the predefined stair types displayed in the main dialog window or use 2D ArchiCAD elements to draw the shape you desire.
Editable Hotspots allow treads and landings to be graphically modified both in the Floor Plan Window and in the 3D Window by simply selecting a node and dragging it to the desired position.
The treads of the stair can be curved and the risers can be either standard or angled. All other aspects of the stair are editable and customisable.

ArchiCAD plug-in for surveying interiors

This plug-in provides you with all of the tools necessary for creatingas-built surveys within ArchiCAD.
Its tools for designing and placing doors and windows allow you to quickly and easily draw an as-built survey and convert it into a 3D model made up of parametric ArchiCAD elements.
Work method
With the Room tool, using the same logic as if youwere doing a freehand sketch, you design the rooms being surveyed on the Floor Plan (rectangular, L-shaped or freeform) and add any necessary notes or information. Next you define the positions of doors and windows, using either a generic type (single or double door) or choosing one from the ArchiCAD Library.
Using the Trilateration tool, you insert the diagonals in the room to block the as-built survey geometrically; if there are intersecting diagonals, ArchiMap lets you define which ones are primary and which are secondary.
Furthermore, you can define a 90° angle between two walls or insert hotspots inside, outside or along the sides of the room being surveying (for example, for placing a pillar or to define the position of an element on a wall).
The Measurements tool lets you insert the lengths of the room's sides or diagonals either individually or in sequence.
You can input the measurements manually or by interfacing directly with Leica's DistoTM Plus laser distance meter (via a BlueTooth connection).

The Join tool allows you to connect rooms that have been surveyed and stored, using the doors that the rooms have incommon. If the thickness of the wall separating the Rooms is not uniform, you can join the rooms using four hotspots (two in each room), resulting in the generation of a trapezoidal wall.

Cigraph ArchiForma v2.07 For Archicad 11 Multilingual (+BONUS)

ArchiCAD plug-in for the creation of objects

ArchiForma 2 is an extension that uses API (Application Programming Interface) technology to add new functionality to ArchiCAD.

The Plug-in was designed and developed to give ArchiCAD users complete freedom in creating special shapes without having to use GDL scripting.
One of the main need of the ArchiCAD users designers is the possibility to create free shapes or custom objects. In order to fulfil these needs, Cigraph developed ArchiForma 1.0, the successful object modeler tool for ArchiCAD.
Then Graphisoft released ArchiCAD 8.0 that provides the users with the Solid Element Operation issues (Boolean functions).
With these tools (ArchiCAD 8.0 and ArchiForma 1.0) the user can create whatever he may need to but, as usual, Cigraph tried to improve its tool providing the users with more and better functions so here we are to introduce you ArchiForma 2.0.

Plug-in for Tiles Creation, Placement and Calculation

ArchiTiles is a plug-in that uses API (Application Program Interface) technology to improve the performance of ArchiCAD. You can use it for planning, setting and making calculations for laying tiles on surfaces such as floors, walls and ceilings.
Using the Zone tool, you can define the room you want to elaborate, then, selecting the zone and clicking on the Create Interior Elevations tool icon, you can get all the unfolded interior fronts that surround the room together with the plan of the floor and the ceiling.
On these interior fronts, ArchiTiles highlights, using fills, the surfaces you want covered with your preferred tiles.
The covering methods provide you with three options.
You can cover the whole surface of the wall, or cover it up to three different rows of customizable height which will be covered with different tiles and/or patterns.
On these fronts, you will be able to define the tile pattern by selecting it from a large collection of the most common used patterns (predefined but fully parametric).
You can also define your own pattern and build up your personal collection of patterns.
